30K is described as a family and positive content-based digital platform intended to connect Pakistani users and creators in a safe environment where users may watch videos, like content, and refer others while creators may present their talent and access earning opportunities offered through the platform.

By using 30K, users agree that the platform operates as an intermediary system connecting users and creators, and that access to the app is subject to these Terms of Service and any related policies published by 30K.

30K states that it rejects negative, illegal, or sectarian content and allows only educational, cultural, family, and positive entertainment content. Users and creators must avoid uploading, promoting, or engaging with content that violates platform standards or the laws of Pakistan.

30K may review, restrict, suspend, or remove content, channels, or access where it believes conduct conflicts with platform policy, community safety, or applicable law.

30K states that users may subscribe to channels, watch videos, and earn rewards based on daily activity recorded in the app. Rewards are described as being added to the user’s cash wallet in the application according to the platform’s activity rules.

According to the platform description provided, users may apply for withdrawal on Saturday, and eligible withdrawals may be transferred to the user’s JazzCash or Easypaisa account subject to platform review, operational checks, and applicable rules.

30K states that membership is voluntary and that a user who applies for membership may cancel within 15 days, subject to the policy described by the platform. The platform also states that when membership is cancelled, accumulated rewards may be cleared according to the relevant policy.

The platform description further states that users requesting cancellation after 15 days may not be eligible for cancellation. Wallet balances, rewards, and transaction handling remain subject to platform rules, operational controls, and applicable law.

30K states that a user who completes 30 successful referrals may become eligible to apply for creatorship. The applicant may then be required to upload CV information and social media details, including TikTok, Facebook, and any available YouTube information, through the app.

30K may review submitted information to determine whether the applicant is suitable for the platform’s educational, cultural, family, and positive entertainment categories. If approved, creator onboarding and creator responsibilities may be communicated directly by the 30K team.

30K states that rewards and benefits on the platform are based on user activity such as watching videos and referrals and are not investment returns. The platform also states that the amount of rewards may increase, decrease, or otherwise change at the discretion of the app.

Any creator earning opportunities, monthly benefit statements, future salary structures, or engagement-based distributions described by 30K are subject to separate platform decisions, creator approval processes, operating conditions, and applicable law. Users should not treat any such statements as guaranteed returns.

30K describes a future plan under which the platform may evolve from a reward mode into a share-based or salary-based system once the community reaches certain milestones. Any such future system remains subject to separate implementation, platform notice, and operational approval by 30K.

The platform also states that it may retain a 10 percent operational portion from income for operations, with the remaining amount being distributed according to future platform rules. Any future operating model may be revised, delayed, or discontinued at the discretion of 30K.

30K states that it may work with teams outside Pakistan to promote channels, increase creator visibility, and support platform revenue activity. Any international promotional activity remains subject to platform policy, applicable law, and operational controls determined by 30K.

The existence of external teams or promotion activities does not change the user’s obligations under these Terms of Service.

30K states that it will cooperate with lawful requirements of legal institutions so that platform operations remain transparent and trustworthy. Users and creators agree that platform records, support requests, reward history, and related information may be reviewed or disclosed where required by law or platform compliance needs.

If a user faces issues in using the app, earning rewards, or accessing features, the user may contact the official support channel in writing. The platform states that its team aims to review and respond to reported issues through the official support process.

By continuing to use 30K, the user acknowledges that they have read and accepted these Terms of Service, the platform rules, and related policies published by 30K.

If a user does not agree with these Terms of Service or platform policies, they should not continue to use the app or related services.
